As we look in the rearview mirror at 2021 we see one constant…change, and the ongoing challenges we had to respond to. Supply chain disruptions, an unprecedented leap in material costs,inflation,labor shortages, working remotely, and becoming all too familiar with everyone’s non-favorite word…Zoom.
Yet in spite of the seemingly never ending new challenges, the Croson team rose to the challenges just as we did last year once again successfully honoring our commitments and completing our projects on time and on budget. We achieved a 43% increase in project awards in 2021, thanks in large part to the aggressive and competitive pricing efforts of our consummate estimating professionals and their penchant for value engineering and design build, design assist capabilities. Their expertise and dedication coupled with the unflagging efforts of our field personnel enabled us to deliver a superior product time after time under the most trying conditions brought on by the Covid pandemic. As we enter our 63rd year in business we look forward to 2022 and the challenges we know will come with it.
